Theme: Expanding self-awareness, deepening relational clarity
How are you showing up now? It’s changed hasn’t it and this season is the culmination of a year long expansion in this area.
You have probably had a number of experiences that have taken you beyond just the idea of the self. Also, not just as the version others are used to. What you may have experienced is the you that has more moving parts than ever, and yet fewer explanations. This can feel frustrating, bewildering even.
There’s been a shift, and even if experiences have lead you to believe these happened overnight or in a dramatic manner, I think you know that you’ve been steadily moving towards these for some time. Parts of you loosening incrementally. No longer fixed in the same way. There’s a fluidity and more curiosity that has likely arisen. Are you now less interested in playing a consistent character? Are you more focused on responding honestly in the moment? Has that surprised you? Have you surprised yourself?
Maybe you’ve noticed how others respond differently, too. Some conversations land better when you’re not over-explaining. Some people drift when you stop performing the version of yourself they preferred. There’s nothing wrong with that. If all of this has been going on in the background in a chaotic mess, this is the season where you gain clarity of how you have been becoming more you, beyond being more likeable or definable.
What relationships are still holding strong, not because they stay the same, but because they allow for change? Who can meet you without boxing you in? Who’s holding on to an old version of you, you’ve already outgrown?
Ask yourself:
– What has shifted in how I express myself, both out loud or even just in how I think?
– Where am I clearer now about what’s real for me, even if it’s still evolving?
– What have my relationships shown me about where I’ve been shrinking or stretching?
– Where do I feel free to experiment without needing to justify it?
This season isn’t asking you to decide who you are. It’s asking you to keep noticing. Keep choosing. Keep staying present with the version of you that’s alive right now.
From there see who’s still walking beside you, because those reflections are the key to self-knowledge. Where the answer to “who am I?“ becomes “it depends…“
